Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce developer to contribute to the support and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. As a key member of the IT Development Team, you will play a vital role in delivering business value through Salesforce solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational Salesforce knowledge to build expertise under the guidance of experienced developers and contribute to a meaningful mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions and business processes.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and document technical processes.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and assist with data migration and integration tasks.
  • Provide troubleshooting for Salesforce issues and escalate complex problems when needed.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years' experience developing or configuring Salesforce, with familiarity in objects, workflows, Process Builder, and basic Apex/Visualforce knowledge.
  • Exposure to data migration and integration concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What We're Offering

This is a new full-time, permanent position offering flexibility with 1-2 days per week in a Sydney office and the rest from home.
