Position Overview
The Leasing Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily management of leasing activities, ensuring the maintenance of system-related applications while providing support across various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly updating lease-related system applications
- Maintaining databases and ensuring compliance with naming conventions
- Assisting with reporting requirements
- Identifying and implementing best practices for reporting
- Verifying and cross-checking information across multiple systems
- Auditing and reviewing system reports for accuracy
- Supporting the leasing team with daily operations, including rent rolls
- Liaising with landlords and key client personnel
- Participating in internal and external meetings as necessary

Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Business Administration
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse skill sets
- Familiarity with compliance in contract or business management
- Relevant experience in commercial or residential leasing is advantageous
- Broad experience in business support functions
- Experience with Commonwealth or Local government
- Exposure to Small to Medium Sized businesses
- Experience in finance administration tasks
- Real Estate Registration or willingness to obtain
