As a Support Professional, you will be working with clients who require assistance with daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and domestic support to clients in their own homes
- Developing and implementing person-centred plans that reflect the client's goals and aspirations
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed and implemented effectively
- Completing administrative tasks, expense reports, and other duties as required
- Previous experience working with vulnerable populations or in a healthcare setting
- Significant experience in providing personal care and domestic support
- Ability to remain calm and composed in complex or difficult situations
- Certification in Disability, Individual Support, or higher is highly desirable
