Client Services Coordinator

You'll coordinate schedules, handle enquiries, and ensure seamless, quality care—all while building strong relationships and promoting the Dovida brand. This is a full-time role expected to operate out of our Bunbury office.

- Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries from clients, families, brokers, and caregivers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Support caregivers with guidance and problem-solving to help them deliver quality care.
- Manage changes to schedules, including new bookings, public holidays, and caregiver leave.
- Monitor and action requests from shared emails, phone calls, and brokers in a timely way.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Experience working with seniors and coordinating care services.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in relationship management and engagement.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
