We are seeking a skilled professional to support individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.

About the Role
  • Deliver career development opportunities and ongoing training to support clients in achieving their employment goals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to provide tailored support and assistance.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and employers to facilitate successful job placements.

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Confidence to communicate with local employers and businesses
  • Goal focused
  • Able to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
