- Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance standards.
- Enhance employability through training and referrals, creating personalized job plans for employment pathways.
- Maintain relationships with local employers and community groups to foster collaboration and support.
We seek driven, solution-focused individuals with empathy and compassion for those with disabilities or employment barriers. Those from sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided to leverage transferable skills.
Requirements:- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current driver's license and insured vehicle.
- MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
