About the JobThe Employment Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in setting employment goals and identifying smaller steps towards achieving those goals. They will also work with employers to help them understand what to expect when hiring someone with a disability.

- Working with employers to help them understand what to expect when hiring someone with a disability
- Helping clients into work and supporting employers and clients to sustain it
- Collaborating with your teammates to achieve shared objectives
- Maintaining accurate records
