As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or employment barriers to achieve their career goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, and developing tailored employment plans to help them achieve their objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying job opportunities with local employers and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful placements.
About the Role- Identify and secure employment opportunities with local employers
- Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready
- Deliver quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance standards
- Enhance employability through training and support referrals
- Create personalized job plans for employment pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community groups
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's license and insured vehicle
- MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
