About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Value Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our health and wellbeing products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized recommendations to customers on the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their health and wellbeing goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote the Bupa brand.
  • Assist customers with their day-to-day transactions and ensure they have a clear understanding of their health insurance product.
  • Identify and address customer concerns, providing solutions and educating customers on the benefits of their health insurance product.
  • Contribute to the development of business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products.
