Business Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong accounting skills to manage key accounts across the Fruit & Produce sector and broader agriculture market in WA.
As a highly motivated individual, you will thrive in this role by building strong, multi-tiered relationships to retain and grow customer partnerships.
Key responsibilities include leading contract renewals, pricing strategy, and value engineering to drive commercial outcomes.
You will also actively identify and convert new business opportunities across agricultural supply chains.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver value-added solutions.
Drive process improvements using tools such as e-Visy, Salesforce, and reporting platforms.
Contribute to state and national strategy for Visy's Fruit & Produce segment, including participation in forums and growth projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management or sales within packaging, fresh produce, FMCG, or agriculture.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.
Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of agri-related supply chains are also required.
A degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in agricultural related/ fruit & produce environments or allied industries is highly valued.
