This role will involve leading and developing high-performing regional teams, translating national strategies into measurable regional execution plans, and driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial results across your region.

To succeed in this position, you'll need strong commercial acumen, leadership experience in retail operations, supply chain or wholesale environments, and exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills.
