We are seeking a seasoned
Product Director
to lead our Regional Product Management efforts. This strategic role is responsible for driving innovation and growth across our product suite.
About the Role
In this capacity, you will oversee the development and execution of our regional product road map, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. Your expertise will inform key decisions, drive product innovation, and foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive regional product strategy, aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive product innovation and growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including sales teams, marketing departments, and technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of financial services industry, ideally including retail banking and payments.
