We are seeking a skilled Global Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process export shipments to meet customer expectations and performance metrics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in logistics operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Enter data accurately into our systems and manage electronic commercial invoices & pro forma airway bills.

  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
  • You should be calm under pressure and confident in managing complex logistics challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software and familiar with regulations (RACA, IATA, Dangerous Goods).
