About This Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our front-line support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot complex customer sales inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and provide quotes to customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Perform sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, and purchasing tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess experience in a similar customer service role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
