About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to customer service team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
