Job Description

As the Senior Service Delivery Lead, your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that aligns with customer needs and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provision of leadership, guidance and support to teams through effective coordination of activities that support service delivery's vision and strategic priorities.
  2. Developing a team culture that thrives on communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, positivity, safety, learning and capability building.
  3. Leading and participating in local leadership teams, working cooperatively across all teams within the work area and across the Service Delivery Network.
  4. Supporting staff to achieve excellence in their performance at work through fostering a high-performance culture that maximises potential to achieve service delivery and strategic objectives.
  5. Modelling and fostering professionalism, accountability and ethical behaviour while supporting change.
  6. Establishing and maintaining a workplace safety culture by ensuring all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and integrated into day-to-day operations.

Fieldwork is an essential requirement of this role. Conditions in the field can be volatile, requiring varying degrees of vigilance and management of risk.

Successful candidates will remain current for 12 months as per industry standards.
