Client Service Associate

The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint's success. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients worldwide.
As a Research Connection Specialist, you will focus on making the right connections between our clients and Advisors across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to research industries relevant to client project requests and recruit elite subject matter experts into our network to ensure the right connection is made.
With a strong academic record and excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively communicate with clients and Advisors to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
As you grow in your career, you will have the opportunity to take on more complex project and client relationship management roles, further developing your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze client research requests to identify the most relevant subject matter experts
- Utilize various resources to source new Advisors and effectively communicate their expertise to clients
- Screen experts for suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration
- Operate with a teamwork mentality to build and maintain strong relationships with Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
- Perform industry research to identify topical trends and deliver best-in-class client service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and stay up-to-date on current affairs and trends
- Mature, proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
