About the Role

The Client Service Associate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences across the Institutional and Wealth channels. This position requires a strong understanding of client portfolios and service levels, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal business partners to resolve client queries and requests for information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate client queries, working closely with the Global Client Services centres of excellence (CoE), reporting, sales, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams as needed.
  • Ensure all responses to client queries and requests for information are clear, accurate, comprehensive, and timely.
  • Partner with the Client Transitions CoE to onboard and offboard clients/distributors, proactively staying informed of progress and working alongside the CoE to ensure smooth processes and resolution of any issues.
  • Deliver client communications on regular and key events, working with internal business partners to agree messaging and timing.
  • Update Salesforce with all relevant client interactions and communicate proactively with sales/relationship teams on issues and developments.
  • Maintain accurate databases of client/portfolio information and documentation for use by the broader business, and maintain accurate client distribution lists.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, prepare review meeting decks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in client service in the Asset Management Industry, including the institutional and wealth channels.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments.
  • Ability to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proactive, issue-resolution mindset.
  • Ability to address client needs by collaborating with overseas colleagues in different time zones.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter that can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
