About the Role

This is a key position within the CX & Data division at IVE Group, responsible for delivering successful outcomes for our clients and business. The successful candidate will be a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in analysis and critical thinking, able to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Critical Thinking: The ability to ask quality questions, gather and accurately document client requirements, and interpret business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
  • Clear and Constructive Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people at different levels and in different departments.
  • Self-Starter: A self-motivated individual who shows initiative and is able to work independently.
  • Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to capture all relevant information accurately and clearly.
  • Excellent Listener: The ability to listen to understand and interpret client requirements.
  • Good Knowledge of Systems: The ability to clearly define inputs and their attributes and document what is done with these inputs to produce output.
Requirements
  • Experience: More than 5 years of practical experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
  • Certification: Certified in Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) or has undertaken Business Analysis training courses.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Good knowledge of the different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Development, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Production.
  • Hands-on: The ability to be hands-on and work independently.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all internal organisational levels and external suppliers.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Products: Solid skills with the suite of Microsoft products, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
