Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and design systems to meet those needs.
  • Program Development: Develop high-quality programs to support business operations.
  • System Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract administration and contractor performance management.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming, J2EE Development, Java Servlet Programming, Oracle RDBMS, Wireless and Mobile, and Reporting.
  • Non-Technical Skills: At least 2 years' experience in working with the Government, vendor management, and IT procurement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

Working Hours and Location: Normal office hours, FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR.

Language: Cantonese and English.
