Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to optimize billing processes and ensure accurate revenue management within the Pathology departments.

This position plays a vital part in providing high-level administrative support to achieve divisional objectives, including:

  • Maintaining responsibility for administrative tasks related to Pathology billing/revenue
  • Collaborating with the Finance/Revenue team to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Providing exceptional customer service regarding sendaway invoices and addressing general inquiries

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in high-level medical administrative services, excellent customer service skills, and demonstrated proficiency in sound interpersonal, communication, problem-solving/conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities
