We are a leading provider of support services for people with disability.

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and supporting our clients to achieve their goals.

As a Community Support Worker, you will be working with our clients under the NDIS funding framework, assisting them in increasing independence and participation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking clients on social outings, shopping trips, or medical appointments
  • Servicing clients at their homes with daily living activities such as toileting, showering, and dressing
  • Light domestic duties and meal preparation/eating assistance
  • Medication administration duties
  • Liaising with client representatives as required

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A can-do attitude and willingness/availability to pick up extra shifts
  • Previous experience as a support worker in the health/disability sector or relevant Cert III qualification

Working Conditions:

You will be required to travel across Perth Metro suburbs for shifts.
