As a compassionate and skilled caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.

This includes assisting with personal care, such as showering and getting dressed, as well as supporting them with daily tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively under the guidance of experienced Shift Managers.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Initiative and ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
