At Sabine's Home Care Services, we're on the lookout for **passionate, motivated, and caring individuals** to join our team of **Support Workers** who are dedicated to providing a **holistic approach** to quality care. **What We Do**:
We assist some of the most vulnerable members of our community to remain in their homes, supporting them to live independently and with dignity. Our clients are located in the **inner and outer suburbs of Melbourne**, including Ringwood, Mitcham, Nunawading, Doncaster, Bayswater, Boronia, **Lilydale, Healesville, Yarra Junction, Warburton, Olinda**, and many more.

We are seeking **Support Workers** who are passionate about helping others live their best lives. In this role, you will support clients with their personal care, domestic assistance, and other essential services.

You will provide a range of in-home and community-based supports tailored to each client's needs. Duties include:

- **Personal care** (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming, toileting) - _**this is a key requirement of the role**_
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Respite care and companionship
- Transport to appointments and outings
- Social support and assistance with community access

**What You Need to Apply**:

- **Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support** or
- **Certificate IV in Disability** or
- **RN & EN Nursing students** encouraged to apply
- **Good communication skills** are a must
- **Experience working with people who are aged, or children & adults with disabilities** will be highly regarded
- **Willingness to work across the Yarra Valley region** (e.g. Healesville, Yarra Glen, Seville, Woori Yallock, Warburton).

**In addition to the above qualifications, you must also hold or be willing to obtain**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR**:

- **NDIS Workers Screening Check**:

- **Current National Police Check**:

- **Current Working with Children Check**:

- **Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance** & **current Australian Driver's License**:

- **Reliable mobile phone**:

- **Must be fully vaccinated (COVID)**

Pay: $33.28 - $73.51 per hour
