Account Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Partner to join our Developer Sales team at REA Group. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to promote their projects and new homes through our suite of display and classified media products.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed revenue targets each month, quarter, and year
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we are briefed on all business opportunities that fit our audience profile
- Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet advertisers' marketing and sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with competitive offerings, deal structures, and emerging trends in the industry
- Understand prospective clients' businesses, including their key staff, organizational structures, budgeting cycles, marketing and advertising objectives, and campaign plans
- Stay informed about local market developments, including new site launches, initiatives, and online industry trends
- Proven digital sales experience with a few runs on the board
- Knowledge of the property developer industry and sales experience with direct customers and ad/media agencies
- Good understanding of advertising processes and strategies, as well as numerate skills with experience in reporting on client activity
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a balanced team player dedicated to client service
