Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Workshop Service Coordinator to manage customer engagement, data entry, and administrative tasks in our workshop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, managing bookings, and handling various administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers regarding workshop bookings and scheduling.
  3. Process customer payments as required.
  4. Perform data entry tasks involving timecards, service information, and invoicing.
  5. Control vehicle condition reports and coordinate with customers on pick-up/drop-off.
  6. Manage workshop documents, including service records, quality assurance, and consumables.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in administration and customer service.
  2. Familiarity with workshop operations.
  3. Understanding of the transport industry and relevant experience; hydraulics and/or braking experience is highly valued.
  4. Able to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.
  5. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Effective time management skills.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  9. Able to work collaboratively with diverse individuals.
