Scooterama Australia and Fitzroy Motorcycles is seeking an experienced workshop administrator with bookkeeping knowledge to come on board our expanding retail and service business. Your role is to use your exquisite administration / bookkeeping skills and knowledge to assist our service & parts department, bookkeeper and owner. We offer a small-team based approach with structured training and support to bring you up to speed on our software systems; c9 & MYOB. A friendly and low-stress workplace is on offer to a proficient applicant with excellent attention to detail and admin/bookkeeper experience.

The position is casual, on-site in North Fitzroy, in the heart of a cultural hub for cafes' and creative boutiques and easily accessible, being at the tram stop It requires 15 to 24 hours spread over 2 or 3 days a week and is available for immediate start. Days can be negotiated but must include Tuesday and/or Wednesday each week.

**Responsibilities**
- Service bookings and enquiries
- Accounts payable (including invoice entry and on-site cash/bank reconciliation).
- Understanding & assisting BAS preparation
- Understanding & assisting stocktake
- Co-ordinating dealership events. Lodgment of Superannuation
- Invoice and statement filing.
- Website, FB and Instagram maintenance

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Office/ Workshop Administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in accounting software.
- Related industry background in bookkeeping

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour
