Job Title: Coordinator Of Volunteer Services

This role will lead the development, implementation and operation of volunteer services and programs across various facilities.

  • Develops key relationships and infrastructure for volunteer involvement in healthcare facilities.
  • Evaluates annual operational plans for volunteer services to ensure effective outcomes for patients, visitors, volunteers, caregivers and the community.
  • Coordinates recruitment, selection and orientation process of all volunteers in accordance with accreditation and legislation requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Demonstrated administrative skills and experience in the recruitment, training, support and coordination of volunteers is essential. Additionally, sound computer literacy, including word processing and spreadsheets, is required.
