Kiosk Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kiosk Attendant. The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly, and helpful work style with excellent customer service skills.

  • Provide top-notch services to patrons by adhering to our company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café/kiosk area, ensuring it meets high standards.
  • Replenish condiments as needed and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively.
  • Promote the centre's services and programs to patrons, highlighting their benefits.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with patrons, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide information on product range, including promoting healthy food options and making recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • Barista skills for coffee making.
  • A valid Food Handling Certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • A Police Check.
  • A Working with Children Check.
