As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our retail store.

About the Role

Our team members are responsible for creating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers with their queries and providing excellent customer service. Your tasks may include stocking shelves, displaying fresh produce, picking online orders and providing a warm farewell to customers as they leave the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers with a smile and thanking them for shopping with us.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone in the store.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain tidy and stocked shelves to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers.
  • Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.
