Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge, service, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service for each person who walks through our store.
- Ensure stores are open and ready to be shopped by customers.
- Manage stock movement, optimize sales, file and tidy shopfloor, and set up stores for promotions and sales.
- Work with the team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and research product features and benefits.
- Recommend, select, and help locate products based on customer needs or desires.
- Support the leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
- Report safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe place to work and shop.
- Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
- Focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service for multiple customers.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations with a personable approach to customers.
