Customer Service Representative

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You will assist clients through various channels to help them meet their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist clients via phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals to resolve their taxation, superannuation, and registration issues.
- Understand individual client circumstances and provide tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to support and facilitate clients' payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.
- Navigate challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, including support for vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis.
Some roles may require working within a scheduled contact centre environment, providing high-quality service to clients between 7am and 7pm.
Key Requirements:- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Informed decision-making skills to resolve enquiries.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when recording client information and applying relevant policy and procedures.
