Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Invocare. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to families who have lost their pets.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering professional pet aftercare services with empathy and compassion
  • Managing client enquiries across various platforms
  • Coordination with preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery
  • Assisting clients during viewings and collection of ashes with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Preparing client viewing rooms to high standards
  • Managing client payments across payment services
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

About You:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, effective and clear communication
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a clean and tidy environment
  • Ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure
