We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. As a key member of our client services team, you will provide exceptional support to families during a difficult time, ensuring that their loved ones receive the highest level of care and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional pet aftercare services with empathy and compassion
- Manage client inquiries and coordinate information between teams for smooth service delivery
- Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare client viewing rooms to high standards and manage client payments
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a clean and tidy environment
- Ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
