We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team at Place Estate Agents in Bulimba. As a key member of our property management department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Job Description:
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure excellent communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Leasing Inspections
    • Conduct thorough leasing inspections on behalf of the property management department, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Tenant Application Processing
    • Process tenant applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Market Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with current market trends and conditions to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Re-letting Process
    • Manage the end-to-end re-letting process, from marketing and leasing to finalizing leases and handovers.
  • Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the property management department, including routine inspections and other tasks as required.
  • Feedback and Reporting
    • Deliver regular feedback and insights to property managers and landlords, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate is essential for this role.
  • You must have proven experience maintaining high levels of client care and satisfaction.
  • A strong background in administration and customer service is also required.
  • A genuine passion for property management and people is essential for success in this role.
  • Previous experience working in leasing or property management is highly desirable.
  • Saturdays are an essential part of this role, with a day off during the week.
