Leasing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our Property and Procurement Team. As a key member of the team, you will report to the National Leasing Manager and be responsible for day-to-day lease management and negotiations with landlords. You will also provide market insights to guide business decisions, manage and enforce lease obligations, and track key performance metrics like lease savings.
- You will be responsible for packaging proposals, working with lawyers on lease dealings and enforcement of obligations, and handling complex negotiations.
- You will interpret leases, manage payments, report risks, and ensure lease compliance.
- You will analyze market trends, seek new opportunities, manage site exits, and handle system administration.
We are looking for someone with a degree in Property or a related field, and experience in property management and/or retail leasing. You should have strong negotiating and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of legal processes, leases, and legislation. You will also need strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Previous experience in commercial/retail property management is preferred, but some exposure to leasing is essential. You should also have knowledge of financial reconciliation, leasing and contracts, and strong negotiation skills.
