Medical Receptionist Opportunity

About this role:

This is a full-time position available for an organised and friendly Medical Receptionist to manage complex patient bookings, deliver exceptional front-line service, handle inquiries from key stakeholders, and communicate with medical professionals.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest for positions across multiple clinic locations in Adelaide. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and confidence to excel in your new role.

Key responsibilities include managing complex patient bookings, delivering exceptional front-line service, handling inquiries from key stakeholders, and communicating with medical professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and attention to detail, and a positive attitude and team spirit.

A Medical Receptionist with experience or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required.
