Senior Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives for our clients.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in strategy development, change management, and process improvement to help our clients achieve their goals.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation programs that deliver tangible results and drive long-term growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief senior executives on impactful change initiatives to drive standalone consulting revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring quality, impact, and profitability.
  • Build high-performing consulting teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of building consulting relationships and pipeline, with evidence of sustained client programs.
  • Experience in developing and delivering technology-focused client transformation programs, preferably with next-generation technology such as AI and Quantum Computing.
  • Partner/Associate Partner experience in a tier-one management consultancy or Partner level experience in the advisory arm of a technology consulting firm.
