Job Description

As a Senior Associate / Manager within our Strategy & Consulting practice, you will provide the business and/or technology expertise and vision to lead or contribute to multidisciplinary teams working with our clients across industry to help shape and deliver business transformation agendas. You will work closely with our experience, engineering, product and delivery teams to shape and plan the implementation of digital solutions, enabling the vision.

You will work on a broad range of projects, including the development of business, digital & technology strategies, business and/or enterprise architecture, operating models, process improvement, strategic sourcing, roadmap & business case development, and much more.

You will have a minimum of 5-10 years of Strategy Consulting experience within a leading consulting firm and/or a similar role within a large corporate. We are looking for the right blend of consulting, industry, strategy/architecture and technology knowledge. We would expect that you are well-versed in the latest digital technologies. You will have previous experience working with senior business and digital stakeholders, building strong credibility and relationships through your exceptional delivery. Most importantly, you must love being part of a team and achieving success together.

Your Impact
  • Contribute to pursuits of consulting opportunities and transformation programs.
  • Lead business and/or technology transformation execution programs or streams as required (depending on program size).
  • Design and implement client operating models to enable their transformation plans.
  • Work with clients to understand their business drivers & strategies and customer experience visions to develop the appropriate strategies.
  • Develop business and/or technology blueprints and advise on strategic technology platform options to deliver on the technology strategies.
  • Develop roadmaps, business cases, risk mitigation plans, etc., in support of transformation programs.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to other members of the strategy & consulting team.
  • Support hiring and people management.

Qualifications
  • Experience developing business models, business strategies, digital & technology strategies underpinning business transformation for clients across industries.
  • Experience leading business / digital / technology transformation programs or streams. Understanding of digital technologies including cloud, AI/ML, Web3.0 etc.
  • Understanding of modern business and technology architectural practices & designs. Knowledge of one/some industry specific business imperatives, trends and challenges, as well as technology ecosystems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of design thinking, customer journeys, service design and customer experience approaches.
  • Solid consulting skills and experience consulting to senior stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytics skills.
  • Strong team player driven by business value creation.
  • Digital enthusiast. Excellent written, verbal, numerical and presentation skills.
  • Appreciation for agile ways of working.
