We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee project delivery and client relationships across the Hunter valley region.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of major projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture with a strong focus on personal responsibility and team wellbeing.
  2. Project Management: Lead and support a team of Project Managers in delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Business Development: Promote Hitachi parts, services, and maintenance solutions to drive after-sales growth.
  5. Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance, equipment reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.
  6. Work Management: Ensure all Work in Progress (WIP) is effectively tracked, managed, and closed in a timely manner.
  7. Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of new machine assembly, shutdowns, and other major project work.
  8. Customer Support: Provide high-level customer support and communication to key customer contacts at all levels ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
