Job Title: NDIS Funding Lead

ONCALL Group Australia is a leading provider of Disability and Community Support Services, committed to delivering quality service that puts the client at its core. The NDIS Funding Lead will lead the day-to-day operations of the NDIS Billing team and contribute to the overall business development strategy.

About the Role:

  • Manage operational implementation of funding, plan review, and billing systems and procedures;
  • Own business processes and procedures, including documentation;
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions;
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with the NDIA and other industry groups;
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery staff to implement NDIS operations;
  • Advocate for clients with NDIS, NDIA, and other industry groups;
  • Work directly with clients to resolve issues and build capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of NDIS and NDIA practices;
  • Demonstrated experience in leading people, performance, and managing stakeholder relationships;
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in planning, executing improvements;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Strong reporting and computer skills;
  • Understanding of relevant legislation governing disability services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Disability industry;
  • Experience with NDIA Portal processes;
  • Strong IT skills with XERO experience advantageous.
