We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-risk claims, with a focus on proactive case management and rehabilitation.
This is a permanent full-time role that requires working full-time in the office. You will be responsible for coordinating processes associated with the rehabilitation and timely case management of high-risk injured and/or ill employees' claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workers compensation claims within the Southern Business Unit
- Engage with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement, and continuous improvement in claims management
- Conduct timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated, and achieved
- Prepare monthly reports for key stakeholders on the situation
We are looking for an individual with an allied health qualification or similar, who has recent demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of high-risk workers compensation claims. You should have the ability to influence, engage, and work collaboratively with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
You should also have collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally.
