Senior Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Case Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers through the Workers Compensation claims process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process claims for injured workers, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement of medical expenses.
- Review and approve requests for medical treatment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers, to facilitate a sustainable return to work.
- Utilize claims management systems and databases to record and review claims information, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
- Participate in case conferences and implement strategies for effective cost management on claims.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based role, preferably in employment services, rehabilitation, mental health, social work, or health & safety.
- Tertiary study in allied health, psychology, social work, or a related field (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
