Leadership Opportunity

A dynamic leader is required to oversee the Food & Beverage operations at our resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of coordinating multiple teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of Food & Beverage Attendants. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with management, kitchens, conference and events sales, bar, and staff to ensure seamless operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the F&B team;
  • Coordinating daily operations to meet customer expectations;
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Ensuring high-level menu and wine list product knowledge among team members;
  • Leading by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.

Full availability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays are essential for this role.
