About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of warehouse staff and contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics facilities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional leadership skills and experience in warehouse management to fill this key role.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively motivate and coach staff, and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records and reports.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess great time management skills, and have a strong focus on ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Liaise with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coach and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity
- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Experience in warehouse management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to effectively operate a warehouse
- Strong commitment to maintaining accurate records and reports
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Forklift, Driver's, and Picker's Licence (Preferred)
