Plant Operator Job Overview

In support of a leading chemical manufacturing company, we seek a skilled plant operator to join their dynamic team at a state-of-the-art production site.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with packing lines. They should also possess mechanical aptitude, literacy and numerical skills, and be ambitious and eager to progress in a challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Line Management: Oversee the entire production line, supervising machinery for product preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor machine operations to uphold high-quality standards and ensure compliance.
  • Safety and Compliance: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

Tasks include setting up and managing machinery on the production packing line, conducting thorough quality control checks, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvements.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with packing lines.
