Flinders Agriculture is a specialist recycling business located at New Chum near Ipswich manufacturing Agricultural Soil Amendments for the last 10 years.
About You ....
We are seeking an experienced Plant and Machinery Operator with extensive Loader, Excavator experience. This role primarily involves manufacturing our products, however there is a requirement to drive truck and dog from time to time.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant would have experience in Wheel Loader, Excavator and Forklift tickets. Experience with crushers and screening plant is highly regarded.
The ideal applicant will be a highly motivated Individual who holds a flexible approach to working hours and environments. As part of a small motivated team and our Multi Skill approach you will also from time to time be required to assist with General Yard Duties when your vehicle is off line.
You Need ....
A Wheel Loader Ticket
An Excavator Ticket
A Forklift Ticket
A HR License or better is highly regarded
You Will ....
Be reliable, punctual and motivated
Have a strong work ethic with genuine attention to detail
Be self motivated
Be willing to take direction and be part of the team
