Job Title: Chemical Plant Operator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our operations team, ensuring the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of our site.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automated and manual chemical mixing plants
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace to effectively manage hazards
  • Work to approved processes and procedures
  • Assist with receipt of inbound goods and ensure accurate storage
  • Assist with safety investigations and report plant performance and operational problems
  • Perform forklift operation and manage receipt of inbound goods
  • Update daily work board with expected inbound deliveries using Lifecycle
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or batch chemical process plant is highly regarded
  • Forklift license with some relevant manufacturing or warehousing experience
  • Hands-on aptitude and physical fitness
  • Attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset
  • Competent in computer use, such as Microsoft Office, and experience using SAP desirable
