Dynamic Fitness Leader

The Group Fitness Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our club's success, fostering a vibrant community and delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote attendance growth in group fitness classes, inspiring more members to engage in group workouts.
  • Recruit, mentor and support instructors to maintain high standards of teaching.
  • Develop seasonal timetables for live and virtual classes that meet the evolving needs of our members.
  • Effectively manage instructor invoices and ensure timely processing.
  • Highlight group fitness offerings on social media, showcasing our unique classes and community.
  • Communicate with the instructor team to keep them aligned with the club's objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in teaching group fitness with a solid understanding of group dynamics.
  • Les Mills certification: qualified in at least two Les Mills programs with AIM1/AIM2 or advanced training in one program.
  • A team player who collaborates closely with the Club Manager and National Group Fitness Manager.
  • Personable and member-focused with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively and stay organized.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new systems.
