Group Fitness Director

We're seeking an experienced Fitness Manager to lead our Group Fitness program.
The RoleThis is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours of work per week, with opportunities to boost income by teaching additional classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase attendance in Group Fitness classes.
- Recruit and support qualified instructors.
- Maintain seasonal timetables for live and virtual classes.
- Process instructor invoices.
- Promote Group Fitness on social media platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Fitness instruction.
- Certification in Les Mills methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital technologies.
